fa شناسایی عوامل موثر بر میزان اعتماد شهروندان به عملکرد شهرداری ساری جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">بسیاری از پژوهشگران و صاحب‌نظران اجتماعی بر اهمیت اعتماد در جامعه تأکید نموده‌اند. شهرداری به عنوان یکی از بزرگترین سازمان‌های اجتماعی هنگامی می‌تواند از کارایی و بهره‌وری بیشتری برخوردار باشد که اعتماد شهروندان را به عنوان سرمایه اجتماعی و معنوی کسب کند و از آن در مسیر اهداف سازمانی و توسعه شهری استفاده نماید. &nbsp;روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش روش توصیفی- تبیینی از نوع پیمایشی می باشد<span dir="LTR">.</span> جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه شامل شهروندان بالای 18 سال شهر ساری است که طبق آخرین آمار ثبت احوال استان مازندران تعداد آنان 223.153 نفر بوده است. در این پژوهش با توجه به حجم جامعه آماری نمونه ها با روش چند مرحله ای (نمونه گیری خوشه ای و تصادفی ساده) انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه گردآوری شدند. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span>&nbsp; و آزمون تحلیل پیرسون و رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته های تحلیلی پژوهش حاکی از این است که چهار متغیر ( 1. همسویی اهداف شهرداری با نیاز های شهروندان ، 2. احساس رضایت از خدمات شهری، 3. میزان مشارکت، 4. شفافیت سازمانی ) توانسته اند 0.64 از واریانس متغیر وابسته این پژوهش را تبیین نمایند. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که همسویی اهداف شهرداری با نیازهای شهروندان ، احساس رضایت از خدمات شهری، میزان مشارکت و &nbsp;شفافیت سازمانی در شهرداری به ترتیب از مهم‌ترین عوامل ارتقای میزان اعتماد شهروندان به عملکرد شهرداری شهر ساری&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;می باشد.</div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;">Many social researchers and experts has emphasized on the importance of confidence in the society. Municipality as one of the biggest social organizations can enjoy more productivity and efficiency when attracts citizens&#39; confidence as a social and spiritual capital, and uses it in the way of organizational objectives and town development. This research aims to examine the extent of citizens&#39; confidence in municipality performance and its effective factors.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Our methodology is a descriptive-explanative one. The research statistical universe is all citizens over 18 years in sari city (N= 233,153 persons). Regarding to the volume of statistical universe, the samples were selected by a multi-stages method (clustering sampling and simple sampling). Our data gathering instrument was a research-made questionnaire. The research independent variables are: conformity of municipality objectives with citizens&#39; needs, being satisfied with city services, participation extent, organizational transparency, the safety of walking in the city, and the safety of building spaces in the city. The research results showed that the four variables of: 1- conformity of municipality objectives with citizens&#39; needs, 2- being satisfied with city services, 3- participation extent, and 4- organizational transparency, explain 64 percent of the variance of research dependent variable.
