fa بررسی اثرگذاری شاخص های زیست پذیری بر آن با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی مورد پژوهش بخش مرکزی شهر بجنورد Investigating the Effectiveness of Livability Indicators Using the Partial Least Squares Approach; Case study: Central part of Bojnord city جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">امروزه اغلب جمعیت دنیا در شهرها ساکن اند و شهری شدن به عنوان پدیده غالب اسکان زندگی بشر، همواره با روندی رو به رشد ادامه داشته است. اما در سال های اخیر، زندگی ساکنان شهر با مشکلات متعددی مواجه شده است. از این رو، متخصصان شهری در سراسر جهان در جستجوی راه حلی برای این وضعیت هستند. به گونه ای که نظریه ها، دیدگا هها، رویکردها و مد لهای متنوعی در این باره مطرح کرد هاند. یکی از مهمترین این رویکردها، زیست پذیری است که عموما با شاخص ها و ابعاد مختلف مورد سنجش قرار میگیرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین رابطه بین شاخص های مختلف زیست پذیری و ماهیت آن و سنجش میزان اثرگذاری آنها بر زیست پذیری، بخش مرکزی شهر بجنورد را به عنوان محدوده مورد مطالعه انتخاب کرده است. تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی است و در گردآوری داده ها از دو روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی بهره گیری شده است. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم افزارهای مرتبط استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که اگرچه بین اکثر شاخص های مورد مطالعه این تحقیق و زیست پذیری ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد؛ شاخص های مشارکت محلی، امکانات آموزشی و امکانات تفریحی و اوقات فراغت بیشترین تاثیر را بر زیست پذیری داشتهاند. همچنین مشخص شد که بین متغیر مدت سکونت و هویت (01/0p-value = ) و مدت سکونت و مشارکت فردی (08/0p-value = ) نیز ارتباط معنادار آماری وجود دارد (در سطح اطمینان 90 درصد).</div> Today, most of the world's population lives in cities, and urbanization, as the dominant phenomenon of human life, has continued to grow. But in recent years, the lives of city dwellers have faced many problems. In recent years, urban experts are looking for a solution for these problems, in which different theories, views, approaches, and models have been proposed. One of the most important approaches is the livability that is related to sustainable development. In this study, the relationship between different indicators of livability and its nature is explained. The central part of Bojnourd city has been selected as the case study. This research is a practical, desk and field study. Structural Equation Modeling with partial least squares approach and related software were used for data analysis. The results of the research showed that although there is a significant relationship between most of the indicators studied in this study and the viability, the local participation, educational facilities, and leisure facilities have had the greatest impact on livability.
