fa شناسایی و تعیین الگوی سازمان فضایی مراکز کار و فعالیت کلانشهرها (نمونه موردی: کلانشهر مشهد) جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;به طور کلی وجود کلانشهرها با مراکز متعدد کار و فعالیت باعث شده است که حجم بالایی از سفرها به طرف این مراکز گسیل شود. تجمع و پراکندگی این مراکز موجب افزایش و کاهش سفر وسایل نقلیه می‌شود. اتخاذ سیاست‌های مکان‌یابی و ارتباطی مراکز کار و فعالیت شهری باعث می‌شود که شهرها بتوانند روند توسعه را با لحاظ نمودن توزیع عادلانه خدمات و برابری‌های فضایی طی نمایند. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و تعیین الگوی سازمان فضایی مراکز کار و فعالیت و نحوه ارتباط عملکردهای خدماتی آن با یکدیگر می‌باشد، به نحوی که تک‌مرکزیتی و چند مرکزیتی بودن شهرها می‌تواند تاثیر شگرف بر نظام توزیع مراکز خدماتی ایفا نماید و موجب تغییرات گسترده در رفتار سفر شهروندان گردد. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها ترکیبی از دو روش کمی و کیفی می‌باشد و در بخش کمی آن تجزیه و تحلیل با استفاده از آمار توصیفی(نمایش هندسی و تصویری پراکندگی، اندازه‌های گرایش به مرکز) و مدل دسترسی هنسن صورت می‌گیرد. در حوزه‌های مورد مطالعه شاهد اختلاف زیاد در سطوح کاربری‌ها می‌باشیم، به طوری که کاربری آموزش عالی در حوزه غربی کلانشهر مشهد، 84 درصد از سطح کاربری آموزش عالی را در خود گنجانده است و سهم حوزه شرقی تنها 3 درصد می‌باشد. در مورد کاربری‌های درمانی، تجاری و فضای سبز تجهیز شده نیز مسئله به همین شکل می‌باشد. تنها در مورد سطوح اداری تعادلی نسبی مشاهده می‌شود.در نهایت شهر به سه حوزه متعادل برنامه ریزی تقسیم گردید و با لحاظ نمودن اشتغال، پتانسیل توسعه و مسافت، میزان سطوح کاربری‌های تعیین کننده در سازمان فضایی مراکز کار و فعالیت بدست آمد.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Generally speaking the existence of metropolises, alongwith the high various business districts have led to high valume of travels to these centers.The density and separation of these centers brings about the increase and the decrease of the vehicles. The adoption of location determination strategies and that of the comunicational centers and the city activities has made the cities continue the developement process while cosidering the fairly service destribution and the spatial equalities<span dir="RTL">.</span>The goal of this research is the recognition and determination of the city spatial organization working centers and activity model and the relation of service functioning with one another so that the mono central and poly central cities can have a important effect on the destribution system and service centers and the vast changes of the citizens<span dir="RTL"> .</span>The analysis method is a kind of quantity and quality one. In the quality part of that the descriptive statistics ( the geometrical presentation , graphical disparation, the centralism measures) and the Hansen Model<span dir="RTL">.</span> In the areas of planning, a great difference is seen in the levels of land uses so that the land use of higher educations in the western metropolitan city of Mashhad area is 84 percent while that of the eastern area is 3 percent. It is the same about the equipped medicinal, commercial and green space areas.Only in the areas of managerial levels&nbsp; there is a relative balance.
