fa تبیین مبانی و اصول نگهداری و ارتقاء خیابان شهری با رویکرد آموزه‌های اسلامی و فرهنگ ایرانی (خیابان امام رضا (ع) مشهد) جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">یکی از موضوعاتی که شهرهای امروز ایران با آن مواجه‌اند، موضوع نگهداری و ارتقاء خیابان‌های موجود است. نحوه مدیریت و برخورد با این خیابان‌ها موجب بروز مشکلات متنوع در جنبه‌های مختلف شهرها شده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی اصول نگهداری و ارتقای خیابان شهری با تمسک بر آموزه&shy;های اسلامی و فرهنگ ایرانی است. همچنین این تحقیق به بیان راهکارهایی برای ارتقای کیفیت خیابان‌های شهری با بهره‌مندی از آموزه‌های اسلامی و فرهنگ ایرانی می&shy;پردازد. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق مشاهده، برداشت‌های میدانی و مطالعات اسنادی و تحلیل اطلاعات و داده&shy;ها، به کمک بهره&shy;گیری از روش‌های توصیفی تحلیلی، مستندسازی و تحلیل گرافیکی صورت پذیرفته است. کیفیت شهرها وابسته به کیفیت خیابان&shy;ها هستند و کیفیت خیابان&shy;ها نیز برآمده از جزئیات خیابان&shy;ها هستند. خیابان‌های شهری نیازمند توجه، نگهداری و ارتقاء هستند تا همیشه برای شهروندان جذاب و مطلوب باشند. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، بی‌توجهی به فرهنگ، دین و مذهب شهروندان و نیازهای آنها، مصالح و هنر بومی آنهاست که موجب به وجود آمدن فضاهای شهری بی&shy;کیفیت و بی&shy;هویت در کلان‌شهرهای امروز ایران شده است. این پژوهش به دنبال ارائه الگو برای طراحی خیابان&shy;های شهری نبوده و در راستای تدوین اصول و مبانی برای برنامه&shy;ریزی و طراحی خیابان‌های شهری مبتنی بر آموزه&shy;های اسلامی و فرهنگ ایرانی، گام بر می&shy;دارد. خیابان مطلوب برای شهروندان ایرانی علاوه بر اینکه می‌بایست ظواهر آن منطبق بر آموزه‌های اسلامی و فرهنگ ایرانی باشد، لازم است بواطن آن نیز اسلامی و ایرانی باشد. صرف درست بودن ظواهر می‌توان گفت تنها نفاق به دست آمده و با اصلاح بواطن می‌توان صداقت را در فضاهای شهری جاری ساخت.&nbsp;</div> One of the issues facing today&#39;s cities in Iran is the issue of maintaining and upgrading existing streets. The way of managing theses streets and dealing with them has caused various problems in different aspects of cities. The purpose of this research is investigating the principles of maintenance and promotion of urban streets with a focus on Islamic teachings and Iranian culture. This research also explains some ways to improve the quality of urban streets using Islamic teachings and Iranian culture. Gathering information was done through observation, field study and documentary studies. Using content analysis methods, documenting and graphical analysis, information and data were analyzed. The quality of the cities depends on the quality of the streets and the quality of the streets is also based on the details of the streets. After designing and constructing urban streets, they need attention, maintenance and promotion in order to be always attractive and desirable for citizens. The results of this study indicate neglecting the indigenous material, art, culture, religion, needs and interests of citizens which has led to the construction of unqualified urban spaces in the metropolitan areas of today&#39;s Iranian cities. This research did not seek to provide a template for urban streets designing, but it is in direction of developing principles of planning and designing urban streets based on Islamic teachings and Iranian culture. In addition to having appearances according to Islamic teachings and Iranian culture, desirable street for Iranian citizens should also be Islamic and Iranian internally.
