fa شناسایی عوامل پیشران ها در بازآفرینی و توسعه گردشگری محله تجریش جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">بافت‌های ارزشمند به علت وجود جاذبه‌های نوستالژیک و معماری و فرهنگی و بازآفرینی آن‌ها نقش مهمی در توسعه گردشگری در ابعاد مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و... دارد<span dir="LTR">.</span> هدف این پژوهش واکاوی عوامل پیشران از متغیرهای مربوط به طرح‌های بازآفرینی برتوسعه گردشگری شهری محله تجریش می باشد. روش جمع‌آوری &nbsp;مبتنی بر اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی و میدانی است. . بر اساس نتایج متغیرهایی مانند توسعه زیرسطحی و ایجاد تره‌بار و توسعه پناهگاه در بیمارستان شهدای تجریش، ایجاد حوضچه آرامش و توسعه رودخانه&nbsp; مقصود بیک و متغیرهای دیگر در زمره متغیرهای مستقل قرار می‌گیرند یعنی نه تأثیرگذار هستند و نه تأثیرپذیر. اما در این میان، ایجاد قطب فرهنگی&nbsp; و تفریحی در شمال تهران، شکوفاسازی اکو توریسم، ساماندهی امامزاده صالح ،احیای درختان خیابان ولیعصر توانسته‌اند متغیرهایی محسوب شوند که در توسعه گردشگری محله تجریش هم نقش تأثیرگذاری داشته باشند و هم تأثیرپذیری. اما متغیرهایی همچون مدیریت محله ، ایجاد مرکز خرید،&nbsp; ایجاد قطب فرهنگی و تفریحی در شمال تهران ، شکوفاسازی اکو توریسم مناطق اطراف محدوده محله تجریش همچون دربند و درکه و...&nbsp; توسعه موزه سینمای ایران&nbsp; و... ازآنجاکه در ناحیه استراتژیک قرارگرفته‌اند نقش بسزا و تعیین‌کننده و راهبردی در توسعه گردشگری محله تجریش دارند و به‌عنوان متغیرهای کلیدی محسوب می‌شوند.</div> &nbsp; <br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> Valuable textures play an important role in the development of tourism in various aspects of economic, social, cultural, etc. due to the presence of nostalgic attractions and architectural and cultural relics.
