fa تبیین نظام شهری منطقه کلانشهری تهران The Explanation of Urban System Transformations in the Tehran's megalopolis region جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">بر پایه انگاره ها و پیش فرض های گفتمان «نومنطقهگرایی شهری» میان «ساختار مورفولوژیک فضایی» و «تقسیم کار فضاییِ» نظام شهری یک منطقه کلانشهری، رابطه تنگاتنگی وجود دارد و حل مسائل موجود در یکی بدون دیگری امکانپذیر نیست؛ زیرا آنها میتوانند هم در جهت تقویت و حمایت مثبت یکدیگر عمل نمایند و یا در جهت تضعیف و تبدیل به مانعی در برابر یکدیگر باشند؛ بنابراین آنچه تحت عنوان مسئله دست یابی به تعادل و یکپارچگی در ساختار فضایی و نظام عملکردی یک منطقه کلانشهری مطرح است، بدون شناخت ماهیت و روابط بین این دو امکانپذیر نیست.بررسی های تحقیق نشان می دهد، «ساختار مورفولوژیک فضایی» و «تقسیم کار فضاییِ» منطقه کلانشهری تهران در طی دهه های اخیر نتوانسته است در جهت حمایت از یکدیگر و کاهش معنادار عدم تعادل فضایی در سطح منطقه حرکت کند. بنابراین با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده در چارچوب این تحقیق می توان گفت؛ «ساختار مورفولوژیک فضایی» و «تقسیم کار فضایی» منطقه کلانشهری در طی دهه های مورد مطالعه(1345-1390) نه تنها با کاهش معنادار عدم تعادل فضایی در سطح منطقه همراه نبوده بلکه به سمت تضعیف تعادل فضایی نیز پیش رفته است.هرچند این تضعیف تعادل فضایی با شتاب کاهنده در حال حرکت است.از جمله دلالت های راهبردی چنین نتیجه ای این است که مسئله آینده منطقه کلانشهری تهران بیشتر معطوف به کانون های جمعیتی پیرامونی و ارتقاء سطح عملکردی خود شهر تهران به منظور پذیرش وظایف و نقش های فراملی و ایجاد فرصت ها و امکان های جایگزین برای نقش ها و وظایفی است که در آینده به پیرامون خود واگذار می کند. درست همان گونه که در طی سال های گذشته به تدریج بخش صنعت را به پیرامون خود واگذار و به جای آن بر خدمات تمرکز داشته است، در آینده نیز به نظر می رسد نیازمند واگذاری بخش خدمات به حوزه پیرامونی و در مقابل پذیرش بخش چهارم اقتصاد(اقتصاد اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی و فرهنگی) خواهد بود. </div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Based on the notions and assumptions of the discourse of “new urban regionalism”, there is a close relationship between the "spatial morphological structure" and the "spatial division of labor" in a megalopolis region, and solving existing problems in one without another is not possible, because they can either act in the direction of positive reinforcement and support, or in order to weaken and become an obstacle to each other; therefore, what is meant by the problem of achieving equilibrium and integration in the spatial structure and the functional system in a megalopolis region, will not be possible without recognizing the nature and relationship between these two. The reviews done the research shows that "spatial morphological structure" and "spatial division of labor" in Tehran's megalopolis region during the recent decades has not been able to support each other and significantly reduce the spatial non-equilibrium in the region. Therefore, according to the results obtained in the framework of this study, the "spatial morphological structure" and "spatial division of labor" in Tehran's megalopolis region during the recent decades (1345-1390), has been accompanied by a significant reduction in the spatial non-equilibrium in the region, though, the trend of transformations is on the move. One of the strategic implications of this is that the future issue of the Tehran's megalopolis region is to be more focused on the peripheral population poles and the improvement of the level of performance of the city itself in order to accept transnational functions and create alternatives and opportunities for roles and the tasks that will be assigned to them in the future.
