Abstract
Due to the increasing importance of tourism, determining the location of Bojnourd is an inevitable necessity. The city of Bojnourd has been affected by this phenomenon by having special capabilities and opportunities for tourism in different economic, social, environmental and physical dimensions. The present research is of applied type and is a descriptive-analytical research method. SPSS, AMOS and Expert choice software were used to analyze the data. The statistical population of the study is the citizens of Bojnourd. The sample size was calculated to be 384 people using the Cochran's formula and was randomly distributed in Bojnourd. Research findings show; With 95% confidence, tourism development has affected the urban development of Bojnourd.
Also, among the variables explaining urban development, the growth of cultural services with a factor load of 0.67 had the highest correlation with the hidden variable of urban development. The index of development of infrastructure and construction facilities and services with a factor load of 0.66 is in the second place and the variable of improving the livelihood of residents with a factor load of 0.56 is in the next place. Finally, the index of increase in public services has a factor of 0.52 and has the lowest correlation with its hidden variable. The results of the structural model also show this Tourism has played an important role in the urban development of Bojnourd.

Abstract

Water resources management is faced with many limitations and dimensions in the course of transformation in its conditions and scope of action. Based on this, identify the factors affecting the sustainable management of water resources. It is considered an important measure for its optimal use. Therefore, in the present study, the effective factors on the sustainable management of water resources were investigated based on the farmers' point of view. This research is descriptive-analytical in nature. And in terms of purpose, it is practical. And the approach governing it is quantitative. The statistical community is formed by the household heads of agricultural lands in the central part of Ardabil County. in order to review the issue Seven indicators were used in the form of 72 items. Structural equation modeling (Smart PLS) was used to analyze the issue. A review of the findings shows the initial evaluation of the measurement model indicates the appropriateness of the model. The results of the model execution showed, that five factors had a factor loading of less than 0.5 and were removed from the list of factors. The results of running the model again showed that all the remaining 68 items had an effect rate higher than 0.5. The results of the structural model indicate the existence of a significant structural relationship between sustainability management and economic, social, productivity, technical, educational, and institutional effects. The index of the coefficient of square determination showed that this coefficient was estimated to be higher than the strong value of 0.26 for all research indicators. The coefficient of determination index for the economic index was estimated to be 0.299 less than other indices, and the productivity index was estimated to be 0.511 more than other indices. The results show that reviewing and revising the management perspectives of agricultural water resources and moving towards a cross-sectoral and collaborative perspective based on optimal management, which along with maintaining the economic, social, technical, educational, etc. dimensions, plays an essential role in providing sustainable management. It plays water resources.

Abstract

the development of sustainable urban development depends on providing relative prosperity, citizen participation and increasing social awareness for all members of society. The purpose of this paper is to measure social capital indices and its relationship with sustainable urban development in urban areas of Ahwaz. The present study is a descriptive-correlational one from a methodological point of view. From a single point of view, it is based on structural equations which has been done in Ahwaz in 2018. In this regard, library studies have been used to explain the literature and theoretical foundations and field method has been used to study the case study. Data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. Structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the descriptive-inferential statistics data and SPSS and Amos software were used. The statistical population of the study was 384 citizens of Ahwaz city and the sampling method was random. The results of this paper showed that social capital and Sustainable Urban Development status are different between Ahwaz city areas. In other words, high social capital among the citizens of Ahwaz is a means of enhancing the sustainable urban development and structural dimensions of the city including economy, community, institutions, space and environment. The implications of this research for the strong link between social capital and sustainable urban development, the need to pay attention to the components of social capital and to adopt policies to maintain, enhance and enhance social capital to ensure sustainable urban development in the geographical area of Ahvaz. It looks great.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present a model of religious tourism based on the art of taziyeh in Kashan based on structural equation modeling, based on a mixed exploratory approach. In the qualitative part, the phenomenological method was used and in the quantitative part, the descriptive method, correlation based on structural equations was used. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative part included professors and experts in tourism and condolence in Kashan, which was obtained after 15 saturated interviews. In order to evaluate the validity of qualitative data, structural, external, descriptive and interpretive validity were used and in order to evaluate the reliability, the three approaches of Rao and Perry (2003) were used. The results of qualitative research were extracted from 11 economic, strategic, development, research, organizational, technical, content, environmental and advertising dimensions. After examining the extraction of components, the quantitative part of the research was examined. Factor and content validity were used to evaluate the validity. The reliability of the questionnaire was used from Cronbach's alpha, which had the necessary reliability. Available was selected. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics, including structural equations, through SPSS 22, LISREL 18.9 and Warp PLS 5 software. Findings showed that the most impact was economic dimension (impact factor 0.86) followed by cultural dimension with (0.79) and strategic dimension with (0.78).
