The façade subject, due to close connection with the perception of audience, has great importance. The analyses of urban façade are an important step on understanding the effective factors of citizen perception. Knowing the components of the facade in the pathology and analysis of the facades of urban buildings is an effective step in improving the perception of the audience. By conducting studies on the existing buildings, it is possible to provide suitable solutions for organizing the street facades of the city. This paper seeks to provide a framework for measuring the urban street facades in terms of citizens perception, and on the other hand, the field of improving the quality of urban displays and increasing the perceptiveness of citizens from them. Based on content analysis method, in a study of global and internal studies, a conceptual model has been developed that influences the factors affecting the perception of citizens. Also, based on the case study, the range of pedestrian streets in Tehran center has been chosen due to having the first qualities and the emphasis on the presence of the citizens' walkways to provide a realistic understanding of the factors affecting the perception of the urban street façade. Based on field visits, interviews and conceptual model, targeted questionnaires have been prepared. The SPSS statistical method has been used to find relationships between variables, and comparative comparisons of citizens 'and specialists' opinions to analyze the information of the questionnaires.The aim of the study was to identify the main components and prioritize the components of perceivedness from the citizens' point of view. Results show that from the  main components of perceived urban visions, components of influence, unity, harmony, attachment to location, diversity, and attraction on the level of perception and recognition of the traditional aspect of the 15th Khordad Is effective.
