ارائه الگوی مدیریت اکوتوریسم با تأکید بر بافت‌های اکولوژیک شهری (مطالعه موردی منطقه 9 شهرداری اصفهان)

چکیده
در سال‌های اخیر، کم‌توجهی به پتانسیل‌های گردشگری پهنه های اکولوژیک شهری و سوء‌مدیریت در حفظ آنها باعث از بین رفتن باغ‌ها و اراضی کشاورزی و عدم‌استفاده بهینه از جاذبه‌های این پهنه­ ها گردیده است؛ بنابراین هدف از این تحقیق ارائه مدلی برای مدیریت بهینه اکوتوریسم در منطقه 9 شهرداری اصفهان است که قابلیت تعمیم برای کلیه پهنه های اکولوژیک مشابه را داشته باشد. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نوع کیفی می باشد .به این منظور ابتدا به روش استار به بررسی وضع موجود شهرداری منطقه 9 اصفهان می پردازد .جامعه آماری تحقیق مدیران و مسئولین شهرداری اصفهان بوده و سپس با کمک مطالعات کتابخانه ای و میدانی و پیاده سازی روش گرندد تئوری، 3 بعد، 10 مقوله و 35 زیر مقوله از این داده های آماری، استخراج شده است. مدل پیشنهادی با ترسیم دیاگرام ساده سازی شده روش استار و گرندد تئوری و تلفیق دو روش، تدوین گردیده است .این مدل پس از ارائه راهبردهای مدیریتی با بررسی وضع موجود و اقدامات انجام شده در ابعاد مدیریت ( قانونگذاری، برنامه ریزی، کنترل و نظارت و مدیریت منابع )، در نظر گیری تمامی مقوله های اکوتوریسم (اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست محیطی، فرهنگی) و توجه به بافت اکولوژیک (حفاظت و توسعه و بهسازی )، طراحی شده است. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می دهد که مدیریت صحیح اکوتوریسم راهکاری اساسی جهت حفظ و توسعه پهنه های اکولوژیک شهری است. تصویب قوانین مرتبط و هماهنگ نمودن سازمان های مختلف در اجرایی نمودن آنها، برنامه ریزی در زمینه اجرا شدن طرح ها و ارائه طرح های مردم محور ، نظارت مقتدرانه و تخصیص صحیح منابع از راهبردهای کلیدی بهبود وضعیت اجتماعی، زیست محیطی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی و در نهایت حفظ و توسعه بافت طبیعی فعلی است.

چکیده English

As it can take an efficient step towards the preservation and sustainability of such lands due to the preparation, implementation, and reformation of criteria. In District 9 of Isfahan Municipality, mismanagement in the preservation of ecological lands has destroyed gardens and agricultural lands, and has caused the loss of social unity of neighborhoods. Consequently, the study of ecotourism management in this region is of great significance. For this reason, in this paper, a model for ecotourism management with an emphasis on urban ecological textures is provided for District 9 of Isfahan Municipality. For this reason, first, the Star method has been used as a model for interviewing experts and relevant municipal experts in Isfahan city management. At that point, with the help of library investigations and field assessments, and implementation of the grounded theory method, 3 dimensions, 10 categories, and 35 subcategories are extracted from the data gained from the interview. The main dimensions are urban texture management (with categories legislation, planning, management of resources and control and supervision), the ecological texture (with the categories: protection and development and improvement), ecotourism (with the economic, social, environmental and cultural categories).
