سنجش و ارزیابی سفرهای درون شهری با استفاده از مدل TOPSIS ، GIS و جاذبه دوقیدی سفر( مطالعه موردی: شهر کرمان)

چکیده
مدیریت راهبردی، برنامه­ ای هماهنگ، جامع و پیوسته است که استعداد ممتاز سازمان را با محیط پیوند می­دهد و منظور از آن، تحقق هدف­های سازمان در چارچوب اجرای صحیح مدیریت است. هدف تحقیق، ارزیابی عملکرد سیستم ­های حمل و نقل شهر کرمان براساس اهداف سفر و فراهم ساختن سفرهای تولید شده ناحیه­ های ترافیکی در برنامه­­ ریزی است. شاخص­ های مورد استفاده در روند کار در دو دسته متناسب با تکنیک Topsis(سفرهای شغلی، تحصیلی، خرید، کارشخصی و هیچ سرخانه) و تکنیک جاذبه دو قیدی( نواحی ترافیکی، خانوار ساکن و شاغلان ساکن) دسته ­بندی شده ­اند. روش تحقیق، توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و جمع­آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از طرح حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهرداری کرمان انجام شده و با استفاده از تکنیک Topsis، جاذبه دوقیدی سفر و به کمک نرم­ افزار GIS مورد تجریه و تحلیل قرار گرفته­ اند. با استفاده از دیتاهای به دست آمده از طرح ­های جامع حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهر کرمان اطلاعات مرتبط با هر یک از مدل­­ها جداگانه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و در نهایت با استفاده از نرم­ افزار GIS در قالب نقشه به تصویر کشیده شد. شهر کرمان شامل نواحی ترافیکی مطابق با تقسیم ­بندی سازمان حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهرداری شهر می­ باشد که با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده در بخش مرکزی، نواحی ترافیکی 8.20 و 42 با رتبه نهایی 0.948 ، ناحیه ترافیکی 7و 19 با رتبه نهایی 0.559، ناحیه ترافیکی 16و 17 با رتبه نهایی 0.496 و در نهایت ناحیه ترافیکی 6 و 18 با رتبه نهایی 0.348 ، جایگاه های اول تا چهارم را از نظر میزان تولید سفر به خود اختصاص داده است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از مدل جاذبه دو قیدی نشان می داد که نواحی ترافیکی،3، 8، 7، 6، 5، 2، 4، 1 و 9 بیشترین جذب سفر را در اختیار داشته است.

چکیده English

Strategic management, program coordinator, which is comprehensive and continuous link with the environment and your organization's top talent, the goal of the organization is managed in a proper implementation. Tuday One of the most important challenges facing large cities is transportation within the city. Lack of strategic planning for urban transport systems also joint ventures that replicate community infrastructure, causing disharmony and conflict with each other and the system, and may have problems connecting subsystems to encapsulation create. The aim of study was to evaluate the performance of systems based on the objectives of the trip and provide transportation Kerman trips and absorption of production / traffic area in planning. Research, analytical - descriptive using traffic assignment models, production, distribution and absorption and to help GIS software and topsis. The results show: Areas 6, 7, 8, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 42 within the central Kerman, attracting more travel than their neighboring areas.
