بررسی عوامل و محرک‌های موثر بر توانمندسازی زنان روستایی (مورد مطالعه: شهرستان زنجان)

چکیده
با اینکه زنان در حدود نیمی از جمعیت مناطق روستایی را در بر گرفته­اند؛ ولی همواره به عنوان قشر آسیب­پذیر جامعه مطرح بوده­اند. توجه به توانمندسازی و عوامل موثر بر آن می­تواند ضمن افزایش مشارکت آنها در امور معیشتی باعث افزایش توانمندی آنها و کمک به افزایش درآمد خانواده آنان شود. لذا هدف این مطالعه بررسی عوامل و محرک­های موثر بر توانمندسازی زنان روستایی می­باشد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و روش انجام آن توصیفی- تحلیلی است. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها و اطلاعات پرسش­نامه و مصاحبه با زنان روستایی شهرستان زنجان می­باشد. جامعه آماری شامل زنان روستایی شهرستان زنجان می­باشد (43559N=). با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه­گیری سهمیه­ای، 381 زن بالای 20 سال به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. برای تجزیه ‌وتحلیل داده­ها و رسیدن به پرسش­های پژوهش، از آزمون­های آزمون t تک­نمونه­ای و مدل رگرسیون لجستیک باینری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که از بین 29 متغیر مورد نظر تحقیق، 14 متغیر به طور قابل توجهی ارتباط معنی­داری با توانمندسازی زنان روستایی در شهرستان زنجان داشته است. به ترتیب عوامل اقتصادی (171/0)، روان­شناختی (127/0) و عوامل شخصی (109/0) بیشترین اثرات را بر توانمندسازی زنان روستایی (متغیر وابسته) داشته­اند. از نتایج این پژوهش برای شناسایی عوامل موثر بر افزایش توانمندی زنان روستایی و رفع موانع مربوط به آن در روستاهای منطقه و به صورت کلی در روستاهای کشور می­توان استفاده نمود.

Investigating factors and stimuli affecting the empowerment of rural women (Case study: Zanjan city)

چکیده English

While women account for about half the population of rural areas, they have always been considered as vulnerable populations of the community. Considering empowerment and its effective factors can increase their participation in livelihoods and increase their ability to help increase their family income. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the factors and drivers that affect the empowerment of rural women. The present research is a descriptive-analytical one. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire and interviewed with rural women in Zanjan. The statistical population includes rural women in Zanjan city (N = 43559). Using Cochran's formula and quotient sampling, 381 women over 20 years old were selected as samples. Data were analyzed using one-sample t-test and binary logistic regression tests. The results showed that among the 29 variables in the study, 14 variables significantly had a significant relationship with the empowerment of rural women in Zanjan. Accordingly, economic factors (0.1171), psychological (0.197) and personal factors (109.10) had the most effects on empowerment of rural women (dependent variable). The results of this study can be used to identify the factors affecting the empowerment of rural women and removing the barriers related to it in the villages of the region and in general in the villages of the country.
