ارائه مدل توسعه کارآفرینی زنان با رویکرد توسعه پایدار روستایی در استان گلستان

چکیده
زنان نقش مهمی در ارتقای اشتغال و بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی جامعه ایفا می­کنند؛ بنابراین، هویت دادن و استقلال بخشیدن به آنان و فراهم کردن زمینه مشارکت فعال آن­ها در امور مختلف اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی به خصوص فعالیت­های کارآفرینی، عامل مهمی در انگیزش بیشتر این نیروی عظیم در چرخه­ های تولیدی اجتماعی است. در ابتدا به بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل مشخصه­ های جمعیت ­شناختی خبرگان پرداخته شد، سپس مؤلفه­ های توسعه پایدار روستایی و توسعه کارآفرینی زنان شناسایی شده را با استفاده از نظر خبرگان (که 10 نفر از زنان برتر کارآفرین استان گلستان هستند) و به کمک روش دلفی فازی و انجام فازی زدایی غربال و مؤلفه ­های متغیرهای موردنظر انتخاب گردید، همچنین روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه­ ها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی و نرمال بودن توزیع مؤلفه­ ها توسط آزمون کلوموگرونوف ـ اسمیرنوف و آزمون t ـ ادستودنت انجام گرفت. در بخش اول مقاله با استفاده از روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و با بهره­ گیری از نرم­افزار Expertchoice به اولویت ­بندی و رتبه­ بندی ابعاد و مؤلفه ­های توسعه کارآفرینی زنان و توسعه پایدار روستایی (توسط 198 نفر از زنان کارآفرین استان گلستان) پرداخته شد در بخش دوم مقاله برای سنجش روابط بین توسعه کارآفرینی زنان بر اساس توسعه پایدار روستایی از تحقیق همبستگی و معادلات ساختاری برای آزمون تحلیل عاملی و روش آزمون تحلیل عاملی با استفاده از نرم­افزار Smart pls2 استفاده گردید که این ارتباط معنی­دار بود، زیرا در تحقیق همبستگی نه تنها روابط بین متغیرها را می­ توان کشف کرد بلکه نوع و میزان ارتباط متغیرها با یکدیگر نیز از این طریق به دست می­آید و سپس به بحث و تفسیر نتایج پرداخته و مدل توسعه کارآفرینی زنان با رویکرد توسعه پایدار روستایی ارائه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که به طور کلی فعالیت­های کارآفرینی زنان، زمینه­ های کاهش فقر در روستاها را فراهم نموده و به سوی توسعه پایدار روستایی سوق می­دهد.

Abstract in the late 20th century, it has been a tremendous change in all spheres of business, such as globalization of enhancing competitiveness of information technology development competition attention to the quality of customer and such as these are the administration in the public sector with these serious challenges one of the most important approaches to address these challenges is to address the entrepreneurial debate in society as well as women play an important role in promoting employement and improving the economic situation of the community and it is an important factor in shaping social affairs. First, the analysis of sustainable rural development and sustainable development of women identified by using alpha cronbachs alpha test and sustainable development of rural sustainable development have been used to prioritize the relationship between women's entrepreneurial development and sustainable development of rural sustainable development. Women's activities led to poverty reduction and sustainable rural development.
