ارزیابی شاخص‌های ایجاد شهرهای سالم و پایدار با تاکید بردیدگاه دستور کار 2023 سازمان ملل (مطالعه موردی: شهر شوش دانیال)

چکیده
شهر سالم شهری است که در آن کیفیت زندگی شهروندان در تمام زمینه‌ها، از جمله سلامت جسمی و روانی، رفاه اجتماعی، توسعه اقتصادی و حفاظت از محیط زیست، بالا است.این شهر فرصت‌های کافی برای مشارکت شهروندان در فرایندهای تصمیم‌گیری و توسعه را فراهم می‌کند و از همه شهروندان، صرف نظر از سن، جنسیت، نژاد، مذهب یا وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی، حمایت می‌کند. این پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص­های شهر سالم از دیدگاه دستور کار 2023 سازمان ملل متحد به ارزیابی شاخص­های شهر سالم در شهر شوش دانیال پرداخته است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت یک پژوهش کمی است که به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری کارشناسان، برنامه­ریزان، پژوهشگران شهری و خبرگانی بودند که از شهر شوش اطلاعات کاملی داشتندکه با روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند 30 نفر برای پاسخگویی به سوالات انتخاب شد. از رگرسیون لجستیک باینری جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها و اطلاعات استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که از بین 6 مولفه اصلی چگالی اقتصادی و سرمایه­گذاری با ضریب تاثیر (210/0)، سلامت، رفاه و شهروندان سالم با ضریب (203/0)، ایجاد محله­ها، زیرساخت­ها و مسکن سالم با ضریب (191/0)، محیط زیست سالم با ضریب (186/0) بیشترین تاثیر را بر ایجاد شهر سالم و پایدار در شهر شوش داشته­اند.از بین 38 شاخص نیز 10 شاخص که مهمترین آنها، سلامت جسمی و روانی شهروندان با ضریب (393/0)، کم بودن استرس و اضطراب در جامعه (382/0)، تامین زیرساخت­ها و تجهیزات شهری (328/0)، بیشترین تاثیر را بر ایجاد شهرسالم و پایدار شوش داشته ومهم­ترین شاخص­های ایجاد شهر سالم و پایدار در شهر شوش دانیال هستند

Assessment of indicators for the creation of healthy and sustainable cities with an emphasis on the 2023 Agenda of the United Nations (Case Study: Shush Danyal City)

A healthy city is a city where the quality of life of citizens is high in all areas, including physical and mental health, social welfare, economic development, and environmental protection. This study evaluates the indicators of a healthy city in Shush Daniel using the Healthy City Index from the perspective of the United Nations' 2023 Agenda. The research is applied in purpose and quantitative in nature, conducted through a descriptive-analytical method. The statistical population included experts, planners, urban researchers, and specialists with comprehensive knowledge of Shush city, from which 30 individuals were purposefully selected to answer the questions. Binary logistic regression was employed to analyze the data and information. The results revealed that among the six main components, economic density and investment had the highest impact with an influence coefficient of 0.210, followed by health, welfare, and healthy citizens (0.203), creation of neighborhoods, infrastructure, and healthy housing (0.191), and a healthy environment (0.186). These factors had the most significant influence on creating a healthy and sustainable city in Shush. Out of 38 indicators, the 10 most important ones were identified, with the top three being physical and mental health of citizens (0.393), low levels of stress and anxiety in society (0.382), and provision of urban infrastructure and equipment (0.328). These indicators were found to be the most critical in establishing a healthy and sustainable city in Shush Daniel
