تبیین ژئوپلیتیک سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تاکید بر قابلیتهای ژئواکونومیک

چکیده
شناخت کشور و درک ظرفیت پیرامونی آن و نیز محیط بین­الملل از اجزای لاینفک اقتصاد هستند که در سیاست خارجی هر نظام سیاسی و کشوری باید متکی بر بنیان­های سرزمینی و اجتماعی آن باشد. کشور ایران با تکیه بر بنیان­های ژئوپلیتیکی­اش که متاثر از موقعیت جغرافیایی آن است می­تواند با تدوین سیاست خارجی در اقتصاد بین­الملل تاثیرگذار باشد. از این­رو، این پژوهش با شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی به بررسی بنیان­های ژئوپلیتیکی و جغرافیایی اقتصاد جمهوری اسلامی ایران پرداخته است، تا ضمن روشن­کردن این بنیان­ها به واکاوی نارسایی­های سیاست خارجی در این عرصه بپردازد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می­دهد که سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با بنیان­های ژئوپلیتیکی­اش فاصله دارد و برای رسیدن به اقتصادی اثرگذار در محیط پیرامون نزدیک و بین­الملل، بازنگری در بنیان­های ژئوپلیتیک سیاست خارجی که در قالب پنج مولفه از آن­ها یاد شده است، لازم و اجتناب­ناپذیر است. از این­رو، جمهوری اسلامی با در پیش­گرفتن این بنیان­ها در استراتژی سیاست خارجی نه­تنها از نظر سیاسی و فرهنگی بر محیط بین­الملل اثرگذاری دارد بلکه از نظر ژئواکونومیک بر اقتصاد سیاسی بین­الملل و نزدیک پیرامون اثرگذاری خواهد داشت.

چکیده English

Knowing Country and understanding the capacity of its perimeter and international environment are essential components of the economy that the foreign policy of any country should be on the basis of territorial and social. The country relies on its geopolitical foundations that they are influenced by its geographical location can affect codification foreign policy in the international economy. Hence, this paper with an analytical -descriptive method to survey the geopolitical and geographical foundations of Islamic Republic of Iran's economy. This paper show that Economy of Islamic Republic Iran away with its Geopolitical foundations and to achieve an effective economic on the closed surrounding and international environment, review in Geopolitical foundations of foreign policy that is mentioned in the form of five components are necessary and is inevitable. Hence, Islamic Republic of Iran to pursue these foundations in foreign policy strategy, not only effects will be in terms of political and cultural on international environment but also in terms geo-economic impact on international political economy.
