fa سنجش شاخص های تاثیرگذار در بهبود مشارکت محله محور(مورد مطالعه شهر زاهدان) جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">استفاده از ظرفیت‌های محله‌ای و بازتعریف نقش شهروندان در سطح محله‌های شهری به رویکردی جدیدی تحت عنوان مشارکت محله محور منجر شده است؛ چرا که بسیاری از چالش های شهری ریشه در عدم مشارکت شهروندان دارد. شهر زاهدان نیز از این موضوع مستثنی نیست. برای تحقق مشارکت محله محور، توجه و تقویت برخی شاخص ها بسیار ضروری است. هدف این تحقیق سنجش شاخص های تاثیرگذار در بهبود مشارکت محله محور جهت ارتقاء خدمات شهری در شهر زاهدان است. روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی و مبتنی بر گردآوری داده ها به صورت میدانی از طریق ابزار پرسش نامه است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را شهروندان ساکن در شهر زاهدان بالغ بر 587730 نفر تشکیل داده اند. حجم نمونه از طریق فرمول کوکران 322 نفر محاسبه شد.بررسی 5 متغیر قابلیت اعتماد، پاسخگویی و مسئولیت پذیری، اطمینان، همدلی و توجه و عوامل ملموس و محسوس نشان می دهد که هر 5 متغیر در سطح کمتر از 05/0 معنادار بوده اند. بررسی اختلاف میانگین و آمار تی آزمون تایید نمود که شهروندان نسبت به عملکرد شهرداری و مدیران، اعتماد ندارند. همچنین آزمون تی تک نمونه ای نشان می دهد که شاخص های شفاف سازی، توانمندسازی، پایگاه اقتصادی، بسترهای ارزشی و احساس تعلق مکانی برابر با 000/0 و کمتر از 05/0 معنادار هستند. این مطلب بر تاثیرگذاری این شاخص ها بر بهبود مشارکت محله محور اشاره دارد. بر اساس نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری بیشترین تاثیرگذاری مربوط به شاخص شفاف سازی با تیین 19/0 سپس احساس تعلق مکانی با 15/0 است.&nbsp; همچنین آزمون تی تک نمونه ای نشان می دهد که مشارکت های یدی(اختلاف میانگین 510/0)، مالی(اختلاف میانگین611/0) و فکری(اختلاف میانگین 486/0) با سطح معناداری کمتر از 05/0 تاثیر زیادی می توانند در بهبود مشارکت محله محور و ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات شهری داشته باشند.<span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Utilizing neighborhood capacities and redefining the role of citizens at the urban neighborhood level has led to a new approach called neighborhood-based participation; Because many urban challenges are rooted in the lack of citizen participation. The city of Zahedan is no exception. In order to achieve neighborhood-based participation, it is very important to pay attention to and strengthen some indicators. The purpose of this study is to measure the effective indicators in improving neighborhood-based participation to improve urban services in the city of Zahedan. The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on data collection in the field through a questionnaire. The statistical population of the study consists of 587730 citizens living in Zahedan. The sample size was calculated using the Cochranchr(&#39;39&#39;)s formula of 322 people. Examination of 5 variables of reliability, accountability and responsibility, reliability, empathy and attention and tangible and tangible factors show that all 5 variables were significant at the level of less than 0.05. Examining the difference between the mean and t-test statistics confirmed that citizens do not trust the performance of the municipality and managers. Also, one-sample t-test shows that the indicators of transparency, empowerment, economic base, value bases and sense of place are equal to 0.000 and less than 0.05 are significant. This article points to the impact of these indicators on improving neighborhood-based participation. Based on the results of the structural equation model, the greatest effect is related to the transparency index with 0.19, then the sense of spatial belonging with 0.15.
