fa تحلیل فضایی رضایتمندی روستاییان از کیفیت خدمات آبرسانی شرکت آب و فاضلاب روستایی مطالعه موردی: دهستان فضل شهرستان نیشابور جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی روستایی Geography and Rural Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">افزایش کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده در نواحی روستایی نیازمند بازخورد و دریافت دیدگاه روستاییان و مشارکت دادن ساکنان روستایی در فرایند توسعه است. خدمات آبرسانی به عنوان یکی از اساسی ترین خدمات ارائه شده در مناطق روستایی می باشد. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی میزان رضایتمندی ساکنان روستایی از کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده از سوی شرکت آب و فاضلاب روستایی انجام شد. این تحقیق به روش توصیفی </span><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">&ndash;</span> <span style="font-family: b nazanin;">تحلیلی به صورت تصادفی در مورد 132 خانوار در سطح سکونتگاه روستایی بخش مرکزی شهرستان نیشابور با پایایی قابل قبول انجام شده است. بررسی رابطه ابعاد پنج گانه تحقیق با ویژگی های فردی نشان دهنده این است که بین سن، جنسیت و سطح تحصیلات رابطه معنادار با میزان رضایتمندی از کیفیت خدمات در روستاهای نمونه وجود دارد. درعین حال ارزیابی میزان رضایتمندی از کیفیت خدمات رسانی آب در روستاهای نمونه نشان از این دارد که کیفیت خدمات رسانی آب در روستاهای نمونه در وضعیت قابل قبولی قرار دارد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی شاخص های تحقیق نشان داد که بیشترین درصد واریانس ابعاد تحقیق مربوط به بعد همدلی با 30/91 درصد و کمترین درصد واریانس هم متعلق به بعد محسوسات با 21/28 درصد می باشد. همچنین تحلیل فضایی میزان رضایتمندی از کیفیت خدمات رسانی آب آشامیدنی در روستاهای نمونه نشان داد که روستای شیخلان با میزان </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: cambria,serif;">Qi</span></span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> 0/103 دارای بیشترین میزان رضایت و روستای تورانی با میزان </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: cambria,serif;">Qi</span></span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> 0/097 دارای کمترین میزان رضایت از کیفیت خدمات می باشند. </span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Higher quality of services provided in the rural areas requires feedback, consulting with villagers, and their active participation in rural development process. Water services are one of the most basic services provided in rural areas. Accordingly, the present study seeks to evaluate the satisfaction level of rural residents with the quality of services provided by Rural Water and Wastewater Company. This study was conducted in a descriptive-analytical method, and the population was comprised of 132 households randomly selected from rural residents living in rural areas of Central District of Neyshabur County with an acceptable reliability score. Investigating the relationship between the five dimensions of the study and the individual characteristics indicates that there is a significant relationship between age, gender and education level and satisfaction with quality of the services in sample villages. At the same time, assessing the satisfaction with the quality of water services in sample villages indicates that the quality of water services in sample villages is at a satisfactory level. The analytical results of the confirmatory factor analysis of the research indicators showed the highest percentage of variance of the research dimensions belonged to &#39;empathy&#39;, with 30.91% and the least value of variance belongs to &lsquo;tangible changes&rsquo; (21.28%).
