چکیده
کیفیت زندگی از مهمترین مقوله های دنیای امروزاست که برنامه ریزی شهری رابرآن داشته است تابه جستجوی شاخص های جدید و کاربردی برای ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی بپردازد و برای حل این مسئله راهکارهایی مانند شهر هوشمند، شهرپایدارو.... را هدف قرارداده است.بدین منظور این تحقیق در پی بررسی نقش کیفیت زندگی درتحقق شهرهوشمنداست.این پژوهش به سبب اهمیت موضوع با روش تحلیلی -کاربردی مبتنی بر استفاده از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری در کنار مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اسنادی به هدف واکاوی راهبرد بهینه در ارتباط با کیفیت زندگی و ارتباط آن با شهرهای هوشمند به تحقیق پرداخته است. جامعه آماری درمرحله اول 200 نفر از ساکنین و شاغلین محدوده مورد نظربوده و در مرحله دوم یعنی تحلیل آماراستنباطی (مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری)از نظرات کارشناسان و مهندسین مشاور منطقه 2 برای تعیین وضعیت برخی از متغیرهای تخصصی تر استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد مهمترین شاخص شهر هوشمند مردم و زندگی هوشمند است و کمترین تاثیر را حکمروایی هوشمند در تحقق این امر را دارد و مهمترین شاخص کیفیت زندگی شهری کیفیت اقتصادی بوده وکمترین تاثیر را شاخص کیفیت کالبدی به خود اختصاص داده است. در نهایت بار عاملی متغیرکیفیت زندگی نشان دهنده تاثیر قوی و تعیین کننده آن در تحقق شهر هوشمند می باشد. همینطور این رابطه دو سویه بوده و شهرهوشمند به نوبه خود تاثیری با شدت کمتر بر ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی دارد.

چکیده English

Quality of life is one of the most important issues in the world that has an urban planning in order to search for the quality of life and in order to solve this problem , some solutions have been offered . The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of quality of life in women . This research due to the importance of the subject is based on analytical - applied method based on structural equation modeling of structural equation modeling of library and documentary research with the aim of analyzing the relationship between quality of life and its relation with this research . The statistical population in the first stage in the first stage , and the second stage in the second stage , the inferential statistics was used to determine the status of some specialized experts . The results showed that the quality of urban life is the most important indicator for the quality of urban life and the quality of urban life is the lowest . It is a reciprocal relationship , which in turn has severity of quality of life .
